The location of the hotel is great for those attending concerts at Unipol arena, as it is close to the venue. it is not far from downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with nice decorations and details. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including natural homemade yogurt and delicious homemade marmalade.
Some guests may find the noise from nearby planes to be bothersome.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Fico Bologna. The old house in the countryside was charming, and the location was perfect for being close to the airport. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful extras like snacks and toiletries, and the breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Nicola, who took care of us, was incredibly helpful. highly recommend!

The hotel's attention to detail is truly impressive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay stress-free. The rooms, especially the ones on the ground floor, were beautifully decorated, maintaining the charm of the original features. And oh, the breakfast! It was a delightful start to the day, with a variety of delicious Italian continental options to choose from.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Private B&B with accommodating owners. Late airport pick-up with a smile. Homemade breakfast with yogurt and jams. Helpful in arranging transportation. Some stairs, but overall a cozy and isolated stay.
